Across November 2020 to March 2021, we undertook 86 semi-structured interviews across our four case study countries of Nigeria, Ghana, India, and Pakistan. The interviews were with energy sector (broadly defined) professionals, across the following categories: companies concerned with the generation, distribution and supply of electricity; development authorities, planners and architects; engineering consultancy firms and energy solutions providers; government policy institutions and regulatory bodies; non-governmental organisations; and others, as appropriate.
